Hot Tropical Yoga is proudly the first and only specialised Hot Yoga Studio in Australia to offer Hot Yoga Teacher Training for the 5th year running!
The training is based at our studio on the Gold Coast giving you the unique benefit of practicing your teaching skills in a real yoga class during your training, to equip you fully with experience, confidence & teaching enthusiasm!
You will learn the secrets of teaching Hot Yoga, while also setting you up with the skills to run your own Hot Yoga/Yoga Studio.
The course covers more than the common hot ‘26 postures’ – you will learn 90 variations of poses plus 5 breathing exercises, as well as static and flow sequencing to allow you to teach internationally in or out of a hot yoga studio!
