The Studio
The studio includes a reception and seating area, a Buddhist shrine, a massage therapy room, a locker room, male and female change rooms with toilet and shower facilities available, as well as a yoga retail shop and refreshments.
Massage
An in-house Massage Therapist is available to provide remedial, relaxation, deep tissue & sports massages.
Etiquette
- Arrive at least 15 minutes before your first class - no late arrivals admitted
- Shoes are to be taken off at the front door
- All personal items are to be locked in the available lockers
- Deodorant is recommended but no heavy scents, perfumes or oils
- Towels and mats are required in the room for each student (own or hired at studio)
- Wear close comfortable fitting but not loose clothing
- Do not eat for at least 2 to 3 hours before class but ensure you are adequately hydrated
- All classes are suitable for beginners and experienced students
- Please advise your instructor of any injuries, medical conditions and/or advise if you are pregnant before class at the reception desk
- Students are encouraged to remain in the room for the duration of the class to avoid disruption.
